Bogus Degrees Of Manmohan Singh & Solutions To Our Problems ©
Friends there are no problems in the world but problems are created by dubious, incompetent and corrupt among us who lead us and take decisions on our behalf. Leaders are thrust on us by force or money influence or social influences. I was watching a story of daughters of two senior Maharashtra politicians have recently taken a deep dive in to politics. Junior party functionaries, who have little credibility, facilitate their take off to the high skies.
Among us we have wise, intelligent, crooks, manipulators, dullards and criminals. When we let crooks, manipulators, dullards and criminals to lead & rule us and determine our destiny, we are inviting trouble.
My maternal grand father was first to graduate in the district and paternal grandfather was illiterate but wise and knowledgably. But I was most impressed by my paternal grand father. He knew precisely about the water resources and productivity of every inch of the farms he owned and how much should be the size and gradient of the irrigation channel and size of the plots without the aid of any measuring instrument and training manuals. He was respected as head of the village and people in the area consulted him in resolving problems on voluntary basis- there was no jamindari or government appointed post.
Every summer we used to go to villages during school holidays. In 1960 I asked him "Why he has put to cultivation only 20% or 30% of his farm in May and June months after harvesting Rabi Crops?" He explained water resources due to Persian wheels in peak summer were just sufficient to irrigate 20% to 30% of the farm and he has optimized the resource utilization and he shall sow crops on 100% of his farm in rainy season. At age five I had an understanding that water is lost in irrigation channels and there is optimization of cropping to match irrigation potential. In winter he used to cultivate 100% of the farm when irrigation capacity in winter was adequate for entire farm. We were first to introduce Kirloskar Diesel Pump-set in our area and put the farm to intensive agriculture around 1961-62. This pump-set was portable and we used to operate 3-4 bore-wells.
India has been led by "Dullards or Idiots or Crooks," including Manmohan Singh who have no understanding of our intellectual capabilities, our resources and our productivities. None of our leaders even when majority of people were/are starving and underfed knew about the need to put irrigation resources in to fertile and productive fields, promote engineers and inventors, create an efficient low cost marketing infrastructure and eliminate middlemen and moneylenders.
Birlas, Tatas and Ambanis were commission agents and shall remain commission agents. Any organization that does not develop its own technologies and capabilities can't compete and survive in world market can't be classified as industry.
Birlas and Tatas started improving Ambassador cars and Tata trucks when Suzuki car and Nissan, Toyota, Mazda and Mitsubishi truck plants were commissioned and 90,000 Ford trucks were imported. The technology lag was over two to three decades and foreign vehicles were much faster, powerful and fuel-efficient. Ambanis required Chinese pipeline contractors for Reliance didn't create any capability in laying pipelines though in petrochemical business for three decades.
I was puzzled by Manmohan Singh economic policies that have no parallel in the world;-
1. Support for Moneylenders and Commission agents.
2. Preventing Indians residing abroad in investing in India and Indian companies in particular and introducing technical skills and know-how.
3. Neglect of education and healthcare.
4. Ineffectively protecting the IPR of Indian inventors and engineers.
5. Not promoting globally competitive and technology leader companies.
6. Not promoting low profit margin sale of industrial and agriculture products to consumers.
I always suspected him to be a Dubious Economist. This was confirmed when I found the subject of his PhD was "India's Export Competitiveness" when actually there was no export industry in India at that time.
Manmohan Singh opted for this "Dubious Subject" for there was no one doing research in this field and it was easy to get registered for this.
SHAM LIBERALISATION
In the absence of above six points "Manmohan Singh" was making a fool of people of India.
Performance Since 1993-4; Base Year = 100
Though full details shall be disclosed in detailed analysis but real picture is illustrated by the index of industrial production.
Index of Industrial Production for 2005-05 was just 221.5 or 6.8% compound average growth rate for following main segments of industry. These figures are adjusted for inflation but not for population growth of nearly 2%. In per capita terms the growth rate is pathetic. But considering this was achieved by strangulating farming and social sectors, in order to boost industry – it's a total disaster. The following figures in per capita terms shall be 1.7%, 5.3% and 3.5% respectively.
Mining and Quarrying production for 12 years was just 154.9% or 3.7% compound average growth rate.
Manufacturing production for 12 years was just 234.2% or 7.3% compound average growth rate.
Electricity production for 12 years was just 190.9% or 5.5% compound average growth rate.
Above figures indicates total failure of "Manmohan Singh Economics" and liberalization.
NRI Deposits
Manmohan Singh in two year as Prime Minister couldn't attract even $2b of NRI deposits. As a matter of deposits declined from March2004 figure of $33266millions to $32975 millions in first year to recover to $35134 millions in second year.
Therefore Manmohan Singh has completely failed and let down India.
He pretends to have achieved very high growth therefore I rate him as dishonest or crook. But in case he is not dishonest as generally perceived than is an absolute dullard.
SOLUTIONS;
I provide remedy or solutions in my messages themselves. One "Chavanprash Solution" is;
Ø Ensure farmers and industry get 80% of price realized from consumers after excluding taxes, 90% of our problems will be addressed.

Manmohan Singh, contrary to general image in public, is a fraud. This much I know. He had a solid left leaning during Indira's time. Many of his earlier views were put on their head when he became finance minister. The liberalisation programme initiated in nineties were under pressure from IMF. In fact all the countries (Pakistan, Sri lanka, Bangladesh etc.) in Indian sub continent adopted liberalisation in those days. It is in fact wrong to give the credit of libralisation to Manmohan singh.
But I did not know that he carries bogus/fake degrees!
Can u please elaborate?
