True! but I personally think that Guru was proved to be present at the time of attack on parliament from the terrorist end.

May be he was lured for money or brain wash was done on him by more evil people (this could be the case) but that doesn't makes his crime any less. Please remember that Law doesn't take ignorance and lack of knowledge as innocence.

He may be buying time for some evil plans from his group. Why are we forgetting what happened to Maulana Masood Azhar whom India had to release in the negotiation of high jacked plane A300 which was take to Kandahar! He was alive because judiciary and investigation bodies were taking time to prove him guilty and at the end of the day we had to leave him.

Where was his wife when he was working with terrorist, didn't she know the consequences of such act? Now why she is pleading mercy ...all crap. She must be one of them.

I personally suggest these people when they are executed it should be broadcasted in all national channels to set an example and prove the point that good always conquers over evil.

And last thing (i know my mail is becoming very long) this Mehbooba Mufti was kidnapped around 15yrs back by terrorists and India had to release a very important terrorist for getting her back. That time why she didn't protest? Why she was scared for her life? Why she didn't call those kidnappers as innocent people?

I think it was plan of her father to help kashmiri terrorists.

Mercy plea of Guru is either part of more evil plan or he is scared of going to jannat which is promised to all jihadis when they join such terrorist groups.

The most important thing is whether JUSTICE prevailed or not. Even terrorists must be given chance to explain their part before hanging them to death. According to the latest newses coming from Kashmir as well as a letter written by 'guru' from Jail, it seems there are certain mysterious things happened in this case. Atleast all Kashmiris, including chief minister, feel like that. It is absurb being rediculous against the feelings of people who are also part of India as you do.

Nobody would ever disagree thatt terrorists should be hanged to death or shot instantly if it really happened, whether they are Hindu or Muslim, it makes no difference. The security of the country is very important, so also is the security of all individuals living in that country.

Anyway, thanks for this type of debate where all share their feelings,

Its ironic that all of a sudden, all of these Human Rights people

woke up when a Muslim Terrorist has to be executed. Where

were these people all this time, when many Hindu criminals are

executed in India? A criminal is a criminal before the jury, that's

why its called JUSTICE. If this system starts discriminating on

the basis of race or religion, then its not Justice but favoritism.

Just like Afzal has a wife,family, and supporters, so did others.

Why render favor to a terrorist and bend the JUSTICE for him??

If Kalam renders mercy to Afzal, it will be a stigma to Democracy.
