I have an enquiry regarding NOC....
1. Whenever we buy a bike on loan basis then in RC it is written HP/Lease
2. Once the loan is completed, we have to send a request for Original copy of NOC
3. The NOC process takes 20-30 days and is delivered on ur home address
4. We get 3 copies of NOC & 2 copies of Form 35A:
5. Now 1copy of NOC + 1 copy of Form 35A = Has to submitted to RTO office
6. 2copy of NOC + 2copy of Form 35A = Has to submitted to Insurance
7. This is the process to remove the HP/Licence from RC and then only the Name of the biker owner will be displayed...
Problem :
1. Earlier the address was other and now i am changing the address. Means Earlier was address of Delhi and now it it is address of Ghaziabad. So I have to
go to RTO Delhi office or RTO Ghaziabad Office.
2. What are the formalities in RTO office.
Hope so friends must have done and could suggest me...
