in my point of view khao piyo and ash karo . kyokin mai to bhaut khata huin yaar but phir bhi agar aap puchte hai to bata dete hain :
 
but you are asking then i am telling you  :
 
1.get up early in the morning and drink the water which is held in a copper pot full night .  ( for you digest system )
2.then after getting freshed then go for some juice contains vit-c.( for you skin )
3.avoid everytime oil based fried things and fast food and junk foods .
 
3.and never go for cold drinks
4.then take a light break fast like some fruits and some biskit with milk .
5.in lunch you may take rice or some chpati as your wish with stomoch .and never ruined you hunger .
6.and then  4 to 5 pm you can take some juice  or fruits also .
7.at night you should take also light food with some fruits aslo .
 
eat maximum of fruits or semi-finished vegitables and drink maximum of juice and water
 
and exercise is must to get fit your body
