Many mails are received from the members, but many of them are disapproved by us moderators because these mails are too messy, though actual contents are good. Many members just hit the fwd button blindly and dont even bother to clean the mess in the headers and footers of the mail. Mostly it is out of ignorance about the way a mail should be forwarded.
In order to remove all extra material of previous groups from ur mails, change your forwarding options to 'Fwd as inline text' rather then 'as attachment' which unfortunately is the Yahoo default setting. For doing this Log in to your Yahoo ID and then go to options> general preferences> message action> forwarding messages as inline text>save. By using these settings u will be able to delete unwanted stuff while fwding ur mails. Also remove unwanted stuff from subject line.U should ensure that only the actual subject is there in the subject line and names of previous groups, 'Fwd' and 'RE' are removed.This way your mails will stand much better chances for getting selected for posting in the group.
