It's not question of Hindu terrorist or a Muslim terrorist. Pls. don't take it in that direction.

The point is whether human rights commission should ever plead mercy for a terrorist??

 

Don't they know how many life this country looses every month due to terrorism and how much fund is gone in investigations, rehabilitation & security arrangements? (pls. don't forget to add the "cut" of politicians and beurocrates in this)

 

I often think that in this terrorist attack on parliament we lost 12 military jawans and not even a single politician. If even one politician would have been killed (though I think all killed would have been better statistics) these people must have known what is mercy and what is death and what is terrorism.

 

These ppl. are giving it face of communal issue because all these people are backed by congress who wants to win all Muslim voters to its side to come again in power.

As they know that the Hindu voters are divided amongst BJP, Congress, NCP, USP (all parties with all possible alphabetical permutation combination). Muslim voters vote on the basis of security offered by the political parties because since start these same parties have given them impression that Muslim community is not "safe" in this country (thanks to the riots funded by same parties). This is all vote Rajniti friends.

 

Lets not get in to Hindu Muslim thing again. If we really want to do something then think about filing a PIL where in ask for "no mercy for guilty proved under charges of terrorism" and "full transparency on the public law suits progress with the public"

 

I think I have written too much.

Its ironic that all of a sudden, all of these Human Rights people

woke up when a Muslim Terrorist has to be executed. Where

were these people all this time, when many Hindu criminals are

executed in India? A criminal is a criminal before the jury, that's

why its called JUSTICE. If this system starts discriminating on

the basis of race or religion, then its not Justice but favoritism.

Just like Afzal has a wife,family, and supporters, so did others.

Why render favor to a terrorist and bend the JUSTICE for him??

If Kalam renders mercy to Afzal, it will be a stigma to Democracy.
