Personally i dont see any reason why id should not open.
just clear the cache memorya nd try again with correct password. In case your id is hacked , click on forgot password button and give answer iof your secret question and get back a new password.
In case problem still persists pls. write to in-mail@cc.yahoo-inc.com . This id is for customer support of Yahoo! mail.
